polidicks

The unfair promotion of males in the workplace; a form of nepotism by males, whereby males in power promote unqualified members of their sex and/or race to key positions, many times without posting the position to even allow equal opportunity to qualified employees to bid for the position. May also mean abusing power to keep women and minorities in lower positions than their male cronies; brown-nosing.

The recent assignment of Harry to the director's position by the vice president of the company was a great example of 'polidicks' in action.

Polidiocracy

A new order of social media persona that has found its self lost on social media without direct political posts to attack people with daily, so now perpetuates its self by turning anything on social media into a political argument.

Did you see the Far Side cartoon about the bears out hunting for people? Yeah, it was pretty funny until the Polidiocracy saw it and started arguing about how Bears can’t drive cars, buy guns and wear hats.

Person who in an attempt to defend that which they believe in completely contradicts their own morals to defend their political stance of the day.

“Did you see Raquel screaming at Amy that she’s a dumb whore because she’s against abortions?”
“Yeah man, for a woman who’s all about women’s empowerment she’s a complete and utter politocrite.”
