Very agitated and over-stimulated. A person "pinning badly" is nearly having a nervous breakdown. Causes are drugs or a recent extremely stressful event. Major symptom are rapid speech, often with quick series of logic jumps. Minor symptoms include wide-open eyes, with darting eye movements.

Pinkini

1: A beautiful girl at the beach that makes a hot pink bikini look good. Usually includes the suffix, "girl, chick, babe, etc" in order to not be confused with the second definition.

2: An Obese african american wearing a tiny pink jacket. This definiton is used very rarely, in fact, it's creation was meant to throw off users of the word. But hey, if you see this in real life, that's great!

1: "Dude look at that pinkini girl over there, long tan legs, firm ass, perfect set of breasts and a pair of sensual lips... and a pink bikini!"

pinging the needle

When one becomes so intoxicated with alcohol that they could not possibly get any more intoxicated without vomiting, or remaining conscious. This is when your internal alcohol tolerance "meter" maxes out, or hits the limiter, thus, "pinging the needle."

"Holy shit, last night I was so sloshed I almost ralphed out the window of the car on the way home, but I just ended up drooling on myself- definately pinging the needle!"
