So I actually don’t know what it is, but I’m going to give it a definition because I saw it on a filter, looked it up, and didn’t find anything so I’m gonna make an answer myself.

A Paulocezarnbr is slang for an intelligent and sophisticated Roblox player that everyone likes. A ‘god amongst men’ if you will.

These players are often put on a pedestal and are usually very skilled at gaming.

São Paulo city, is the capital of São Paulo State, and Osasco City is the 5th biggest paulista municipality.
