paolo nutini

Paolo Nutini is a scottish singer who has made hits such as 'Jenny Dont Be Hasty' and 'New Shoes'.
Signed on to the Atlanta Record label, he released his first single 'These Streets' as a free download in 2006.
Now with his album 'These Streets', paolo is getting recognition for not only his voice but also his charity work. In July 2007 he was awarded The Golden St. Christopher medal for his work towards his contribution to Barga (In Italy) and its people.

Dindu Nuffin

Didn't do nothing. A phrase often used to mock individuals who claim an alleged criminal as innocent or undeserving of an undesired outcome. Often times the alleged criminal is killed.

This is often used in situations where an African American is killed by police, but it can be used in situations involving any race.
A suspect charges at the police and is shot.

nukinawar

Pronounced "nu-KI-na-war"
A procedure used to gain support for an authoritarian or unjustified policy by instilling fear or a sense of unfairness. This tactic is typically used when a new law or rule would otherwise be rejected as absurd.
1) George Bush and the United States Congress used a nukinawar to pass the Patriot Act after 9/11 with little opposition.

2) Raising taxes on the wealthiest 10% of a nation is fairly easy because a government can drum up middle-class support with a nukinawar.

3) The company's practice of exaggerating its hardships was a nukinawar to avoid giving employees raises.

4) The union convinced the struggling company to cave to its demands of much higher wages with a nukinawar and now its bankrupt.
