Rom Noor

A young man who continues to irritate people. using words like 'calm down' or 'chill out man'. A rom noor can also be described as constantly late for all types of daily life. They will mostly blame their lateness on particular train stations. Clapham Junction however is the favorite. Nowadays Rom Noors have developed a way to blend in with its surroundings. It is not known how it works but a Rom Noor can start to turn green for no reason. Some rom noors can also be called a milk napkin. this means that they will copy and imitate another person in order to fit in.

Jobbie Nooner

A huge annual midsummer Friday afternoon boat, booze, beads and boobs party on Gull Island on Lake St Clair, Michigan. Back in the 1980s the auto industry used to hire a bunch of contract designers known as "Jobbies" since they would jump form job to job for an extra 25 cents an hour. On a hot sunny day, they would sometimes leave at noon (pull a nooner) and take their boats for a cruise on Lake St Clair.
