Nep

(nehp) noun. origin: Central Florida. Def: A black person that acts preppy. Usually a girl. Usually mixed and has mostly white friends. It is a mixture of the word nigger and prep. nigger prep aka nep.

You wouldnt think nep would be fun to say but when you actually start to say it, it sticks and just rolls off the tongue. The person you are calling a nep shouldnt know what a nep is . Well they can, but its more fun if they dont.

Neps can talk so much trash but call a nep a nigger and it is game over for you.
Neps usually always get their way.
Neps are usually 10-15.
Neps are snobby and whiney.
