(Adj.)describes the appearance of strange body movements associated with excessive meth use that resemble a person having a seizure, like random jerking motions, involuntary muscle movements, or even falling forward due to extreme sleep deprivation.

A long time friend that is on crystal meth and will act like they are a victim, when in reality they are the root of their own problems. They often burden people with fictitious stories to gain sympathy in order to get their next high. They also will act like the drug is the true friend and will do anything for it.

My best friend of many years turned out to be a real methifer.

MethMites is the feeling of being itchy all over like bugs coming out of your skin and constantly picking at your face because the person thinks there's something there when there's not. This is all due to smoking way to much meth.
