The girl is only a tease to lesbians. This confusion is often due to the girl's appearance, i.e. low pony tails, baggy clothes, tough attitudes, etc.,

My little sister is a LezTease, all the lesbians in her school like her. I tell her to wear her pony tail higher so she can stop all confusion of whether she is or isn't.
