A person who has a very unique personality. This persona maybe very good with technology, and usually tends to keep strange pets such as poultry or other livestock just for the heck of it.
The name is very simalar to Cobey or Coby and is often mis-pronounced as co-b-ey or cob-ee
when it is actually pronounced koHL-be.
Guys named Kohlby (or Kohl) are good in bed; they are usually not hardcore,and won't pressure girls into doing anything they don't want to do.
They are also very caring, and affectionate, and love to talk and hang with friends, and have a significant other, who he is dating because of who they are, and not what they look like.
