Jishwa is the nickname for Josh Dun (from the band Twenty One Pilots). I believe that Tyler Joseph (other band member in Twenty One Pilots) gave Josh the nickname and starting referring to him as Jishwa in his tweets. It's like one of their cute little inside jokes.
