Tame Impala is a psychedelic hypno-groove melodic rock band from Perth, Australia. The music is intended for moving one's body to, and it's intended for keeping still and observing other forms of movement. It's bombastic but it's swirling, think of the shoulder bones of a giant striding feline creature through some kind of tunnel. If Tame Impala's music reminds you of what you'd want to put on when you next visit your mind's engine room then they're happy. If not, whatever, it's just music. Put it on when the sun next shines. Basically it's all about the feeling...

impaction

A fecal impaction is a large mass of dry, hard stool that can develop in the rectum due to chronic constipation. This mass may be so hard that it cannot come out of the body. Watery stool from higher in the bowel may move around the mass and leak out, causing soiling or diarrhea. Slang synonym - hardcap.

My impaction was so bad I had to see a doctor to have it removed.

a word used to describe any example of an instance where a politician makes a move that should be politically (and solely politically) beneficial but backfires. Most recent, this term has been used in discussion of McCain’s choice to nominate Sarah Palin as his VP.

Past tense: "impalined"

John McCain will feel silly for impalin‘ himself with that VP pick!
I hope the Republicans get mad at John McCain for his impalin‘ decision to choose Governor Palin.
He lost the election by impalin‘ himself because he made that single decision.
