A Korean noun ( °í¼ö ) - not adjective or adverb - tranlated and adopted by some countries such as United States and Russia, which means "high hand" literally in Chinese characters. It means a person with superior skills in one or more activities. It DOES NOT mean high level players in an RPG game. They are called GoLep( °í·¾ ).

A person so skilled in games (particuarlly in Warcraft III, Starcraft, or CS) that you have to give them a blow job. They are in fact so good that you need permission to talk to them.
