Gargamel is the antagonist wizard character from the Smuf's whom was a wizard but was also UGLY.

It is a more elaborate way to say that you are bumping uglies and making magic in the bedroom.

To dress ugly to a social event. The act of being underdressed at a communal gathering. Someone who is underdressed. A villain from the smurfs. A person who performs oral sex on a male and makes a gargling sound while doing it.
