A young urban male of very large mass and body weight who usually shows a sense of style and tries to wear the latest and most expensive designer clothes that may fit him. He doesn't think of himself as fat but uses terms like "big boned" to describe himself. He usually has a very high self-esteem and looks down on others who he feels are not his class or stature. These types are known also as foodies in that they are always trying to be seen at the most trendy new restaurants. However they always complain that the food servings are much too small.
The fatisimo was dressed in the latest fashion of the urban male but still looked much too fat to be considered stylish.
