Refers to the drivers of vehicles made to look and sound like the ones in the movie "Fast & the Furious". The cars commonly have flashy paint jobs, large spoilers, odd sounding engines, tinted windows, and extravagant sound systems.

Did you see how Chad painted his Geo lime green and added that spoiler? He's such a Fafur.
