1. Overweight people who cram themselves into airline seats causing their fat to spill over into your seat.

2. Habitual users of seat belt extenders whose heft drives up the cost of fuel for the airlines which they are more than happy to pass along to you.

Wife, "How was your flight honey?"
Husband, "It sucked. I had a fleshy flier in the middle that oozed into my seat forcing me out in the aisle where the attendants slapped me around with the beverage cart."

To fleer is to hold a loaded pipe (or other smoking device) for a long time while in a group of people smoking marijuana. This is often done at the annoyance of the other smokers who would like to take a hit.

Verb; Holding on to a marijuana pipe or other paraphernalia, usually while pausing for a story or simply forgetting to pass the pipe, when one is in a group of others smoking marijuana. This is usually said when expressing annoyance with the person who is not passing.
