A feeling that's a little stronger than "flustered" but not quite at the level of "frustrating." You might leave a flustrating situation in a bit of a tizzy, but it's not unmanageable.
Man, that parent-teacher conference was flustrating... I need to take a few yoga breaths before the next one.
