An individual residing in the mountainous region of the southwestern United States whom has Jowels weighing 9.5 lbs or more each and usually cover the collar of his shirt while dancing . Most Flarbazars are originally from the Rio Grande river valley where fry bread, Dions Pizza, and cheese enchiladas are plentiful.

FLOBBs

FLOBBs ... a modern acronym, short for:
"Flakes, LOwballers, cheap-Bastards, and Bottom-feeders".
FLOBBs is always plural, and refers to a class of people
who's actions are primarily irresponsible in nature and
usually cheap.

Etymology: circa 2004, from online marketplaces like
Craigslist and the increasing percentage of flaky buyers.

A few real buyers responded to my advert, the rest were a
bunch of FLOBBs.
