Aside other regular uses, can be used as a euphamism for anything sexually related eg genitalia/pornography etc.
On a dodgy = surfing pornography
Watching a dodgy = watching pornography
Doing a dodgy = doing anything sexually related

lewman: looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool what you mean a dodgy etc?
