Used commonly as slang in the modern videogame League of Legends, popularized by a Twitch streamer Tarzaned and many others, when one of the players in one of 4 lanes (Botlane, Midlane, Toplane, and Jungle) hardly underperforms in the Jungle role or gets outplayed by the enemy player several times, causing the game to be lost before 20-minute margin.
