Demencia is a very cool and crazy character from Villainous. Villainous is a Mexican animated web miniseries created by Alan Ituriel. It is based on his 2012 webseries and was picked up by Cartoon Network Mexico as a miniseries of ten one-minute episodes for the Cartoon Network Anything app.

That guy in the suit was frantically typing away on his blackberry until we reached the end of the line. When the train doors opened he was struck by Mobile Dementia and started looking around like he wasn't sure he was suppose to be on a train in the first place. Instead of stepping aside to let the rest of us off, he spun around in circles and slowly made his way to the stairs. He made it all the way to the top when the mobile dementia wore off and he realized he had missed his stop and needed to go back.
