DEI 

DEI is purported to stand for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Now that ESG has become toxic for big finance and business, this is a rebranding of a similar initiative. Diversity, equity, and inclusion may sound super great, but have been tainted by redefinitions from the Leftist, collectivist Intersectional Theory as follows:

Diversity means replacing straight, white men at all levels with women, "people of color," and those identifying as LGBTQIA+.

Equity means forcing sameness of outcome regardless of talent, merit, or work ethic.

Inclusion means including everyone except the aforementioned straight, white men.

Joe Biden's cabinet is filled with DEI hires and has the expected correlating level of competence.

Claudine Gay never had an original thought, wrote only a few research papers filled with plagiarism, openly supported Antisemitism and still ended up as Harvard's president and was defended for her actions because the board loves DEI.

A) Because of those DEI initiatives, 94% of new hires in 2020 and 2021 in the world's largest companies went to people of color. B) Isn't that racist and misandrist? C) Nope, Angela Davis says so and also says it's cool to "boycott, divest, sanction" Israel because Jews are bad.

It was originally just an updated version of "affirmative action," but as of 2024, the term has also become a mainstream plausibly-deniable synonym for the N-word.

"I bet the Baltimore Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed because of DEIs," John asserted, confident that nobody would realize that he's being racist. Later, he continued: "I heard that DEI is why the Boeing planes are falling apart!" Near the end of the night, John was overheard exclaiming "DEIs are filling the inner cities with crime! They're ruining America!"

To say that DEI is "equality of outcome" is 1. To create an implicit false dichotomy between 'Equality of outcome' and 'Meritocracy' and 2. Presupposes that the latter is what is currently occurring.

Hym "Equality of outcome is a 'NOT A REAL DOCTOR' being elevated to the STATUS of DOCTOR by A TALK SHOW HOST. Right? The claim is 'If we do DEI, people will achieve an undeserved outcome at the cost of the meritorious' but the statement presupposes that MERIT BASED HIRING is what is occurring and ignores entirely that outcomes are ALSO mediated by CRONYISM and NEPOTISM. So, my question to Dr. RAPE-FARM is... If DEI is wrong being Equality of outcome leads meritorious people to miss out on opportunities they deserve more than the people being elevated... How is Nepotism any different? Is it just a coincidence? That the child of the business owner is just the super-duper most bestest employee who workered his way up from the bottom like a real boy OR did the PARENT... EQUALIZE THEIR KIDS OUTCOME AT THE COST OF EVERYONE ELSE? And how is it not wrong for the same reason?

The acronym stands for Diversity Equality Inclusion.

It refers to policies that grant unfair favoritism to people of certain groups based on race, gender, gender identity or mental disorder.

It can also be used to refer to the groups of people favored by DEI, which is essentially anyone who has some dubious claim of being oppressed by virtue of not being a straight white male.

When the media reports a murder, the longer it takes before the publish a description of the subject, the more likely that the murderer is a DEI person.
