A term to describe the act of smoking meth. If smoked correctly, when the person exhales, the smoke looks like white, puffy clouds. PNP people blow clouds.

Anyone who works outdoors knows when it rains you don't work, so refer to cumulus nimbus clouds as "beer clouds". They provide a break, where one could potentially enjoy a beer.
