a chaffin riff

A guitar riff that sounds disturbingly simple and has little underlying meaning.
"Dang son, did you hear that Chaffin riff?"

"Yeah, it was just the E string over and over. Really original, just like the double gats!"

Chalfont

According to the October 2005 issue of U.S. News and World Report, Chalfont was rated the 3rd toughest town in all of America. The publishers did not release the names of the top two toughest towns, for fear that the citizens of Chalfont would feel compelled to change things. Never before in the history of mankind has a small town churned out so many superior athletes, dating back to the early days of Mike Pettine C.B. West Football. While the dynsasty formerly known as Bucks Football has faded recently, the dominance that is Chalfont has spread to other areas; from the newly built C.B. South Titans to the quartet of "Chalfont's Finest" that led La Salle to their best season in years. While there are differing views as to why Chalfont has become a hotbed for talent, scholars maintain that it is a classic case of the environment shaping the individual. The toughness of each citizen rubs off on the young ones, and naturally they excel in their respective athletics. Outsiders may contest that their town may be tougher than The Font, but chances are those outsiders have never had a taste of Chalfont's finest dish: THE KNUCKLE SANDWICH.
Last record of conversation with Natalee Holloway:

"Wow that was a great trip, but I need something more exciting. Chalfont seems like a fun place, right?"
