A band from Brigend, Wales. Their main genre is Metalcore, however they do pull from some Emocore. Their guitar is very metalish, and they have some really nice riffs. Their songs contain a lot of screaming, so if you don't like that type of singing, don't listen to them. They are very good live, and put on a great show. They recently released "The Poison", containing their most well-known song "Tears Don't Fall". They have four members, Matthew Tuck, Michael Paget, Jason James and Michael Thomas.

A very good metalcore band that takes influences from bands like Metallica, Iron Maiden and Slayer. They've released two albums so far: The Poison and Scream Aim Fire.

The greatest fucking band of all time!!! Anyone who says they are "emo" should fuck off. These guys are straight hardcore, heavy metal. Besides, there's nothing wrong with "emo" anyway. Matt Tuck is not only an amazing screamer but is a great singer as well and a badass guitarist. Michael "Padge" Paget is, in my mind one of the greatest guitarists in the world right now. Most of his shit is complicated to play and diificult to even think up. Jason "Jay" James is a great bassist who holds the insane rhythm of every Bullet For My Valentine song. Along with this, he is a totally brutal screamer. And last, but not least, Michael "Moose" Thomas is one of the top 5 drummers on the planet in my opinion. Just listen to the drumming in any of their songs. Bullet has 3 albums out right now. First is the 2005 EP, "Hand Of Blood", featurings songs such as "Hand Of Blood", "4 Words (To Choke Upon)", "Just Another Star" and "Curses". Their second, and first full length release is 2006's "The Poison" which includes the songs "Tears Don't Fall", "Suffocating Under Words Of Sorrow", "All These Things I Hate (Revolve Around Me)", "Hit The Floor", And "The Poison". Their latest release, 2008's "Scream Aim Fire" shows the bands more metal side with songs like "Scream Aim Fire", Waking The Demon", "Hearts Burst Into Fire", "Eye Of The Storm", "Disappear" and "Ashes Of The Innocent". Bullet has also covered songs from Ozzy Osbourne (Crazy Train) and Metallica (Creeping Death, Sanitarium). That's all you need to know bitches! Peace!

An emo band from the UK, whos fanbase consist of teenagers in denial of what their genre is, who will go to great lengths to advertise the band on such websites as www.urbandictionary.com, in the hope that a person who is not a fan of their music will be converted by visiting their website and seeing their clearly un-emo song titles.
The band attempts to increase their reputation within the heavy metal community by covering songs by heavy metal bands, and turning up at inappropriate heavy metal festivals where it is quickly apparent they don't belong.
Bullet For My Valentines biggest financial weakness is it's fans, who are unable to fathom that their favourite band is in the genre of Emo; although their album sales are substantial enough to keep them is business, a large percentage of their fans aren't able to get permission from their parents to go see them in concert.

a metalcore band they are like a lighter Trivium kinda. They are from Wales...that sounds like a cool place. They covered Metallica's (Welcome Home) Sanitarium, and first covered Nirvana songs under the name Jeff Killed John. half of the people who listen to them are annoying teens who think they are cool but the rest are really metalheads. Emo and Scene kids dont listen to them...they listen to stuff like Hollywood Undead, Fall out Boy, Bring me the Horizon and other well uh crap. Bullet for my Valentine's lyrics consist of these topics God, love , anger, personal storries. They went by these names before desiding on BFMV: Jeff Killed John, Bullet, 12 Pints of my girlfriends blood.
Bullet for my valentine is coming to the concert hall down the street I think I might grab me a ticket.
