The state of being so stoned that you are unable to form coherent sentences or logical thought. A more intense and total high than simply being "stoney bologna." Only possible after many hours of ripping the bing bing.

Man 1: Yo bro you wanna rip bing bing tonight?
Man 2: Nah, I got way too stoney bolognese last night. Thanks though.
Man 1: Come on dude, lets get bolognese.
