assoplasty

assoplasty; surgically repair damage or injury to one's arse. Also performed to improve the appearance of one's ass with the use of implants (such as those used to bring the visual effects of a "ghetto booty" to someone with a small ass or no ass at all).

She fell and tore her ass on a nail sticking out of the floor. The surgeon had to perform an assoplasty to sew it back together.

The small white girl had no ass at all. She had to have the surgeon perform an assoplasty and have implants placed in her cheecks to give her a lucious ghetto booty like J-Lo has.
