Assholership

A leadership position obtained by force or marked by flagrant asshole behavior and blatant disregard for facts, advice, or common courtesy. An assholership is a dictator-like position where all reasoning is attributed to "my way or the highway" or "because I said so".

This new boss just ignored everything I had to say about the new project - he's running a total assholership up there.

The act of asking someone a question that's stereotyping the person they're asking and the person whos being asked the question asks if they're stereotyping them and they just be a big prickhole and say yes.

Girl - hey (fat kid's name) are you dating (disabled girl's name)?
