Apolline

An amazing person. One of the smartest girl you'll meet, and always here to cheer you up. Probably gives great hugs. Socializing with people she doesn't know isn't always her strongest point, and your first conversations with her might seem a bit awkward, but once you get to know an Apolline, you can't help loving her. And if you are lucky enough to be her friend, she will never let you down. She’s a good listener and you can count on her if you need affection or comfort. Or if you just want to laugh: Apolline is really funny. But you need to get used to her sense of humor, 'cause you may find it kinda special at first. On top of her numerous qualities, Apolline is a very sexy blond (and a few hot brunettes or gingers are called Apolline, too).

But an Apolline sometimes lacks self-confidence. It seems absurd when you know her: how can this amazing person not see how amazing she is? Still, please remind any Apolline who might need it how amazing she is and how much she deserves to be more self-confident!

Apolojizz

An Apolojizz is the most sincerest of apologies, usually to resolve a fight with a significant other. It involves the Male giving the partner a face full of his all natural, toxin free skin moisturiser to reduce the effects of aging upon the receiver. After this move all will be forgotten as their youth has been restored.

Sarah: "I cannot believe you railed coke off my sisters chest!"
Mike: "Im so sorry Sarah, I was just craving. Would you like me to Apolojizz?"
Sarah: "Oooooooh, now you're talking ;)"

Apollo's Dodgeball

An internet phenomenon most commonly observed on tumblr in which a random internet user will make a post in jest, only for that post to come true. The name arose from a common joke around these iccurences, in which Apollo, the greek god of prophecy, gifts the aforememtioned jesters with clairvoiance in the form of a dodgeball to the face.

"Man, wouldnt it be crazy if Tumblr let its users create their own ads?"
*1 month later, a tumblr feature comes out allowing tumblr users to create their own ads*
"Wow, op really got hit be Apollo's Dodgeball."

In-game currency given for free to the game's playerbase as apology for maintenance, glitches, or other issues or obstacles in game play. Derived from a portmanteau of the words "apology" and "gems", because many games use gems, jewels, or diamonds to represent in-game currency. Apologems often consist of particularly valuable forms of in-game currency, such as those which can be obtained via microtransactions.
