When a person is F up on benzo, alcohol or both. Story originates when a junkie who had drunk a bottle of vodka, nagged his way into getting some strong pills. Slept for 2days in the shitter w/his pants down Snoring. We filled his face with a bottle of snoringfoam, he went silent» and we laughed our ass off. And the word has spread widely ever since in Norway, hopefully to your way ;)
