Southern California slang. A friendly greeting. Similar to hey or what's up. Sometimes voibs is all you need to say. Also a word to described something good.

ex1: Nicholas walks in the bike shop and says "VOIBS!". Everyone in the shop says "Voibs!" in reply.

ex2: Rybie gets a good grade on his report card. when his friends see the grade, the say "voibs", good job...
