The point at which a fart has been held back for so long that it becomes re-absorbed into the body. Otherwise known as an inward fart.

traf burger 

In actuality this would be a "fart" burger -- yet we need to disguise the initial word to interest others in this fine meal. A traf burger is the process of farting into your own cupped hand and then subsequently placing your hand over the mouth of another.

May I interest you in a traf burger? Sure -- (fart in hand and place on their mouth now!)
