Get the tooshay mug.An individual who has the appearance of a marijuana user, or "pothead". Speaking of heads, this person is also charecterized by having an abnormally large head. When driving under the influence of marijuana, they are prone to slowing and stopping at lights that have already turned or have been green and stopsigns. This hold up of traffic can last for abnormally large amounts of time, sometimes even a full song. They are also well known for being able to state the obvious in conversations and situations. Has dreams of eventually living in Europe, but as of now they can be found behind the customer service desks of local grocery stores.
