A word used to describe potent marijuana. Originated after Shondale “Tooka” Gregory was murdered (smoked) by Chief Keef’s crew Black Disciples. & now "smoking Tooka" pack is used to humiliate Shondale's death

Toonami

An undescribable, borderline religious, televised phenomenon brought forth by Cartoon Network in the Late-1990s to 2008 consisting of a compilation of animations from Action, Drama, Science Fiction, etc. for a set amount of time during the day and again after midnight. Several of these shows forcing young, impressionable viewers to question their own existence in the universe, the flaws of structured government and organised religion, and to follow their dreams against all odds.

A tooa came to surface when auto correct was being a bitch. Too and an a. I began to wonder what the hell a tooa was, so I looked it up, to find pictures of scarfs. A tooa is not meant to be gucci, because gucci is for bottom bitches. It is meant to be worn around the neck proudly, to show just how fabulous one is. If tooa isn't added to the dictionary by 2020, a horde of angry kittens will ravage Earth, making only one tanned boy king.

toca bowl

the act of smoking a dank bowl of marijuana. During this act you might baseball it but you must be able to keep the rotation in order, keep smoking until the bowl is gone and keep the same lighter until the all is gone.

It's rarely done, but is amazingly sweet when it happens.

A: We're gonna jack a bottle, what are you guys gonna do?
B: We're about to toca bowl, you comin' or what?
