The nervous action of tickling another due to sexual tension, when this then turns into sexual activity it is then the verb skittleing.

when two people race each other around a defined object. the participants race by sitting on their butts, using only their feet to drag themselves forward.

when i walked in, i saw two guys sliding around on their butts as if they had worms. turns out they were actually "butt scuttling".

Scuttling

The act of walking around outside without your shoes on. To scuttle. The act of scuttling is known to exhibit various "ouches" as the person comes across patches of rocks or twigs, as well as the involuntary (and typically unnecessary) outstretched arms to maintain balance.

After waking up in South America from being drugged at a Spring Break sexy teen party, Shannon was scuttling around, looking for her shoes.
