When the sports section of the newspaper has not only the sports (duh) but also the comics, sudoku and crossword. It's frikken awesome.

Hey, today the toronto star had a supersection. Why did they even bother to print the rest of the newspaper?

Superstar Syndrome

A syndrome in which a team is so reliant on their superstars (and the rest of the players suck) that they can win regular season games but cannot withstand a playoff series and ultimately win a championship. This was first developed by the Cleveland Cavaliers when LeBron James reportedly gave up on several different occasions, and the team was never able to win a championship.

Dude, did you hear about LeBron taking his talents to South Beach?!

Yeah, and some guy named Chris Bosh did, too! He's apparently really good!

Dwyane Wade, LeBron James, and some guy named Chris Bosh... this teams gonna be great! But wait a sec, who the hell are all these other people on the team?

Uh oh... looks like Superstar Syndrome...

It's when you find someone only decently attractive but because they're famous they're really hot, and you want to hook up with them. Like Adam Sandler. Or that fat guy with the mustache from 'N Sync.

usually refers to any celebrity that has reached the highest point in their career, and eventually they'll screw up their lives and their reputations will be scarred.

ex.Britney Spears gone cahoots by shaving her head.
ex.MC Hammer was a big time superstar, now working in some mcdonalds in nowhere.
ex.Vanilla Ice(do i have to say any more?)
