noun: a person who smells as if they had been bathing in a dark crusty substance, that may be feces and may not be.

I smelled something rank and immediately blamed it on the crusty stainer who was sitting next to me.

A person who exhibits bratty or obnoxious behavior, often for no legitimate reason. Can also be shortened to 'stainer.'

When you do a poo and it is so liquid like, it comes out as slop and stains the toilet bowl even after a couple of flushes.

Dont use the toilet wait for the cleaners to clean it. I just did a sloppy bowl stainer.
