Get the South Jerseymug. South Jersey should be part of Pennsylvania. They are below the dixie line and think Rowan is a real university. The professors there are retards that were born in Atlantic city. The people down there are even worse. Compare them to the movie the hills have eyes. North Jersey is real Jersey not aliens that sit around smoke boges and eat wawa 3 times a day because they are too poor to by real food. They all have stupid facial hair and think {Philly is a big city. Even though philly is the city of brotherly love aka gays. When you're driving down south make sure you have enough gas to get from 7A on the turnpike to Delaware cause you do NOT wanna stop.

Get the South Jerseymug. For the record its SOUTH Jersey not "southern" Jersey. Philly rocks and NYC sucks. If your here and you don't know what a wawa is you can go back to the North.
It a hoggie not a fricking sub. You root for the Phillies not the damn mets and even though the eagles suck you still bleed green. Point Pleasant is not the shore wildwood, ocean city, and cape may are. Most families are either from Philly or have Irish/Italian relatives that live there. We aren't afraid or goin in the woods 'cus we have the fricking jersey devil!
One word for you: MALLS! Depford, Cherry hill, Echelon.. we have alot.
Sure we have camden but other then that we have great communities. there's Haddenfield, Cherry Hill, and several other great towns.
North Jersey can have there politics and ivy league schools all to themselves. Leave us "Southerners" the hell alone!!!!!

Tourism, which also constitutes a considerable fraction of NJ's GDP, is virtually exclusive to the southern region on the state.
Not to mention cost of living, North Jersey may be dubbed "advanced" by some residents on here, however consider the median family income of a SJ county, Gloucester, at $82,655 with a median home value of $245,000. Morris County, in North Jersey, has a median family income of $102,096 and average home value of $458,000. I'm no mathematician but it seems that relative to income, North Jersey is significantly more expensive. Perhaps this explains why the state's foreclosures are concentrated in the Northern counties, not because the "advanced" counties are home to more expensive house values but because the real estate market is hyper-inflated.
Not to mention, the lack of diversity in SJ is relative to the Philly metro area, as NJ's is relative to the more diverse NYC...common sense.

Wow, instead of being an ignorant bigot who benefits from the substantial contribution South Jersey makes to the state as a whole, I could perhaps educate myself. In doing so, I may realize that all parts of NJ are benefactors to its strong economy, diverse population and landscape.

If you live in South Jersey you didnt watch sports center for 2 months after the eagles lost the superbowl. You know you say words wierd and no you north jersey scum bag i wont say "water" again, so u can giggle with you blow out and soul patch on your chin somewhere else. You know that you dont EVER stop while navigating a circle. You know at least 5 hot chicks at ur school that work at the local diner (prolly the philly diner) You get confused about what is central and what is north jersey because you consider anything north of you house north jersey.

Get the South Jerseymug. "Say-owth Jurzee" is a place where rednecks with a bad Jersey attitude reside. "Wooder" not "water". The accent is a hybrid of southern and Philly. Extremely annoying to listen to. Irrational support of all sports teams except for those in their own home state of New Jersey. People think they can drive better than anyone else here, but the fact is, the land is straight, flat, well lit, and not very complex compared to other areas such as North Jersey. Thinks "North Jersey" is Tom's River. Will make fun of people from North Jersey, but have never in fact traveled away from the South to see for themselves. In many instances, the North is a scary place for the pineys. Most people are illiterate. Trying to decipher a text from one of these people will cause you to lose a dangerous amount of brain cells. If not in college after high school, South Jersey kids will immediately have one to several illegitimate children. Jobs/housing/vehicles/significant others/life goals/etc. usually change on a monthly to weekly basis. Low income, yet everyone still has money to buy cigarettes and booze. They are proud to use WaWa's for everything, which means paying a higher price for convenience. Usually content to live off of federal aid throughout their lifetime. People never think more than about 5 minutes ahead of what they are doing, and even that is a stretch. A "Do it in the Pines" bumper sticker is not uncommon to see on the back of a rusted-out, lifted, diesel ford or dodge pickup truck.

Get the South Jerseymug. South Jersey is pretty much anything south of I-195. It's Jerzy not Joizy, hoagie not sub, pork roll not tailored ham, wooder not water, and jimmies not sprinkles. Taxes are cheaper, and Wawa reigns supreme. We're home to America's playground, Atlantic City, and the shore, not beach, shore. We hate North Jersey, and we know that we should be the 51st state. The only thing North and South have in common is Jersey attitude.
South Jersey is way better then North Jersey, oh sorry, North "Joizy" because North "Joizy" sucks tailored ham (or pork roll so everyone can understand).
