Snatching Wigs basically means your amazing the people around you. Leaving the shook as one would say it. There is also another phrase with wig in it.

snatching edges 

To pull on someone's hair hard enough to pull out their extensions or weave. This is like snatching someone's wig, but is instead about extensions/weaves rather than a wig. It can also be used as a metaphor for being surprised just like snatching someone's wig is used.
Sheniqua was snatching edges metaphorically when she literally snatched Tuwanda's edges by pulling out her extensions.

Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory

When you absolutely, definitely, surely have to be the disappointment of your entire team, and manage to potato your way from certain victory.
