Someone who is a douche bag, pain in the ass, mentally unstable, egoistic, fat, crackheaded, cumslut, adopted, useless, brainless, delusional, autistic, talentless, hopeless, gone case.
Or Someone who has negative IQ, lesser chromosomes, a missing brain, tunnel vision, plainly stupid, really something, been reading this.
