shitmining

The act of surfing various websites and researching strange topics for nuggets of random information e.g. the sex lives of conjoined twins. When engaging in a deep dive of the internet, spurred on by a seemingly innocuous trigger.

The opposite of Shitposting. Absorbing and consuming as opposed to spewing out information.

Examples:

"I went shitmining last night and found out there is a poisonous breed of rat"

"I'm stuck in a shitmine on name subject"
"Have you been shitmining again?"

The act of showcasing a new tool, technology, or trend by flooding the world with the laziest, lowest-effort content imaginable — thus making the innovation look worse than it really is.

Origin:

Coined by a creative genius sick of watching YouTube get ruined by garbage-tier AI stories and inside-out 3D messes.
It combines “showcasing” with, well… you get it.

“Bro stop uploading that AI junk. You’re shitcasing the whole field.”
“Everyone’s shitcasing text-to-speech right now. Nobody’s mixing or editing anything.”
“That movie? Total shitcase. First-time Blender project vibes.”

Schizmaxing

Alternate of schizomaxing. Describes maxing ones perceived craziness in an attempt to manipulate others. Typically relates to gaming strategies in which players act weird or employ unconventional (seemingly crazy) strategies to lure opponents into a false sense of security or mess with them.

I am schizmaxing my build; going to mass workers and build a happy safe space without any combat units.

Schizmaxing my loadout, going to spam smoke drones and smoke grenades.
