Shady Panda

The Shady Panda is a rather distasteful and despicable sexual maneuver involving two men and a woman, wherein the men both ejaculate on the woman's stomach and face respectively, mimicking the coloration of a panda bear. Works better with darker skinned women.

Tom and Robby were all bragging how that gave some girl they met at a bar a Shady Panda. I think they are full of shit though.

Was born when one of the best white rappers, Yelawolf, signed to Eminem's record label, Shady Records, along with the best hip-hop supergroup right now, Slaughterhouse. They make Young Money look even worse.

Shady 2.0 is Eminem's best move as a record label founder. These guys are dope.

German word, original translation loosely comes out as 'malicious joy'. In English, it's thought of 'malicious enjoyment from the suffering of another'. As there is no succinct English version of the word, English-speaking peoples have approximated this word and use it whenever they see people like corrupt CEOs get dragged off to jail.
