swagcity

a derogatory name for a northeasterner who dresses like a cholo. swagcity can usually be seen wearing a lot of ridiculous plaid, and either a bandana or backwards hat. while not exactly counter-culture dress, it's certainly not mainstream style either, but the wearer usually carries himself or herself with a lot of confidence, i.e., swag. term originated at duke university.

Yo, nice plaid, swagcity.

Hey dude, I like the backwards Giants hat. On the west coast we'd call you a cholo but you're just swagcity.
