A shifter is a player in Counter Strike: Global Offensive who continuously presses the shift key without ever letting go of it. As a result, a shifter is always far behind his teammates and not useful in a B rush situation.

Shifter

Shifter 

A shifter is a person who suddenly changes the vibe of a conversation or place. The shift can be dimensional on different levels.

Usually shifters are obvious to spot, but sometimes there can be some lowkey shifters.

A walk used by the physically/mentally impaired and those who immitate them. It involves holding one arm parallell to the chest at elbow level. and using the other arm clenched to the torso at the elbo with the forearm desperately thrusting randomly in a charade that looks like the operation of a stickshift vehicle.
