The means include introducing FAKE raffles and a stupid excuse to raise the price up, adding more balls and finally taking the live draw off TV on both days so they can pay the 'independent auditor' 2 million in annual salary whilst checking who has not won big / where the winners are from the main database then picking the video of loser numbers to put on 'live' yeah right!
