A way of saying “you have a lot of life experience” or to talk about the fact that you’re older without saying you’re old.

Growing older, but keeping your youthfulness/“flavor” to you.

The perfect phrase for people in their late 20’s to use to explain life right now; not kids anymore, not yet 30.

“I’m not old, I’m just seasoned.”
