A sally is just a nice way of saying wimp/pussy/sissy. The word is used to put someone own when they are too scared/dont have the balls to do something. The name is often given to the most wimpiest person in a group/team/class. The word not only humiliates the person, but it also sets an evample to not be like that person. No one wants to be a sally. This is a universal word and should be recognized as such.
