A slang for weed with a strong smell(stinky) that comes(or not) from Mogoșoaia,Romania
Its literally translated as "The stinky from Mogoșoaia" and i could be associated with a type of cheese also called Puturoasa.

A half-assed individual who decides they're bigger than everyone else in the world. A true tool who will do what it takes to look like a 'King amongst the trees' under any circumstance. Will attempt to take on a battleship, unarmed and shirtless, if he sees one.
