The act of killing mass amounts of people for profit

In avatar the humans go to war against the na'vi(the natives of Pandora) in order to mine a mineral to sell back to earth for unimaginable profit.

The blood diamond trade would also be a good example of proficide

The colonization of North America

Any act that causes mass casualties in order to gain profit could be considered proficide. Any case of genocide where large scale profit was made and the race of those murdered would have been redundant.

A pornographic fan fiction involving some random characters from popular tv shows/ movies getting sexual. While many can be really hot, some of them would be just hilarious and stupid, and few of them would require you to immediately bleach your eyes.

Profic

An alternative word for the term proship, being shorthand for "pro-fiction", with an emphasis on fiction. The term originally referred to "professionally published fanfiction", however in recent times it has transformed and instead become synonymous with proshippers.

Proponents of pro-fiction argue that art exists in a different capacity than any objective reality, and therefore someone can enjoy taboo subjects in fiction while still being against their harmful real-world counterparts or equivalencies. Their message is to be anti-harassment for controversial fictional subjects in literature and art.

You can be profic without actually consuming problematic content yourself.
