The practice of being outlandish, different, eccentric, or unique. Most commonly practiced by attention seekers who don’t what to be seen as average.

Girl #1: Why does that boy dress in all those weird outfits?
Girl #2: He says it’s because he practices outlandism, which has something to do with not being ordinary.
